Vice Chairman / President

Mr. Song Lantao, born in 1965, with a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a master's degree from Dalian University of Technology, served as the Board Chairman of Tus Water Group Limited (Hong Kong), the chairman and general manager of Jiangxi Chengzhi Daily Chemistry Co. Ltd; Chairman of Jiangxi Chengzhi Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd; General Manager of Shaoxing Qiaobo Ice and Snow World Sports Development Co. He is currently Vice Chairman and President of the Eleventh Board of Directors of the Company.

Secretary of CPC General Branch / Executive President

Mr Li Liuhong, born in 1985, has a master's degree from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and is studying for a PhD in political economy at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. He has served as the assistant to the Chairman of Tus Science and Technology City Group; the Secretary of the board of directors and executive deputy General Manager of Yunnan Tus Industrial Development Company Limited; the Secretary of the board of Directors, General Manager and Director of Sichuan Tus Science and Technology Development Company Limited; and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sichuan Tus Star Enterprise Incubator Company Limited. He is now the Secretary of CPC General Branch and Executive President of the Company.

Director / Vice President

Mr. Hu Zhibo, born in 1981, has a bachelor's degree. He previously served as Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing Department of Jiangsu TusPark Development Co., Ltd., Operation Director of Ningbo TusPark Development Co., Ltd., Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tus National Cyber Security Incubator Co., Ltd. He has served as Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Southwest Region of Tus Digital Sanitation (Hefei) Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company. He is currently a Director of the Eleventh Board of Directors of the Company, a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Eleventh Board of Directors, and Vice President of the company.

Vice President

Ms. Ding Manru, born in 1971, a holder of bachelor’s degree,  former Deputy General Manager of Dasheng Tus (Beijing) Co., Ltd., joined TUS-EST in December 2020. She previously served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Jinan Tengsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Director and General Manager of Shandong Tus Jineng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. She is currently serving as the company's Vice President

Vice President

Ms. Zhang Weiya, (born in 1977, Master Degree Candidate)  has been working for TUS-EST since February 2004, and has served as the company's securities representative, supervisor, general manager of the securities department, secretary of the board of directors and director of the board of directors' office, etc. Currently, she serves as the company's Vice President.

Chief Engineer

Mr Xu Bin, born in 1966, graduated from Renmin University of China, previously serving as Vice President of Tuscity Group, Chairman of Tuscity Ningbo and Chairman of Tuscity Yangzhou. He is currently the Chief Engineer of the Company.

Director / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chang Chang, born in 1984, holds a master's degree in Finance from the University of Sydney Business School, worked in some financial institutions like Beijing Trust, Bairui Trust and Shanxi Securities as General Manager of Trust Business Department, General Manager of Securities Investment Department and Director of Asset Management Department respectively. In 2022, he joined TusHoldings as the CFO of Tus Technology Services Co., Ltd. He is currently still the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is currently a director of the Company's Eleventh Board of Directors as well as the Chief Financial Officer.

Board Secretariat

Ms Sun Huachao,born in 1988, she holds a master's degree in business administration from China University of Political Science and Law. She has served as the Investment Manager and Secretary-General of the financial working group of TusHoldings, the Secretary of Beijing Tus Qingyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd, the Deputy General Manager and Secretary of Beijing Tus Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd, the deputy Director of the Secretary Office of Tus-est and Technology Service Co., Ltd, the Secretary of Tianjin Tus Jianshi Clean Energy Investment and Management Centre, and the Deputy Director of the office of the Tus Retired Veterans' Entrepreneurship Work Steering Committee. She is now the Board Secretariat of the Company.
